The task of the Human Resources division is to bring aboard and retain the right blend of talent for NOCAL in order to achieve our corporate objectives and mandates.
This department oversees the processes to get products or services from requisition to purchase from accepted vendors.
Plan, Develop and implement NOCAL’s SHE standards and procedures Ensure occupational and operational safety and awareness Review and monitor partners’ SHE work program and ensure application our standards Enforce SHE awareness culture within the company
Provide financial advice and support for the company and our partners.
This department provides guidance related to legal procedures to the company in all its dealings; both locally and internationally.
This department exists to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services to guard, add value and improve the operations of NOCAL. This includes subsidiaries and all related organizations.
