As NOCAL Vice President of Finance, He direct NOCAL‘s Day to day Financial Activities and assumes the responsibility for the Company’s overall Financial Policies and Objectives. Mr. Daniels has a proven record of managing organizational change and development in USA and Liberia. He also worked as program manager in the USA for Numerous years. He worked at the International Trust Company Bank Liberia (Now International Bank) as financial analyst and later supervisor (Assistant Treasury) for General Ledger section of the Accounting Department.
