The Harper Basin represents a unique, undrilled, unexplored West African region with untapped petroleum potential. Initial data from 2D and 3D seismic assessments has revealed numerous leads and prospects throughout the basin, paving the way for significant exploration. Several geological discoveries in the adjacent Liberia Basin have confirmed a promising working petroleum system.
We eagerly encourage international upstream oil and gas companies and private equity
firms to participate in our upcoming license round or partner with NOCAL to explore our
hydrocarbon potential.
